You don't need to create an account to place your first order. You can add the products you need to your cart and complete the purchase by entering your details directly during the checkout process 😎

Where are you located?
Our warehouse is located in Los Barrios, Cádiz 📍 But please note that it is NOT a physical store; all orders must be placed through the website.
Do you do custom cutting? ✂️
We do not customize materials 🙏🏼 The measurements on the website are the only standard ones we offer.
Do you have prices for professionals and businesses? 🏷️
Since 95% of our clients are companies and self-employed individuals, the prices are those directly visible on our website 🤝🏼
Do you offer a quantity discount? 🛒
We do not offer volume discounts. Our goal is to provide the best possible price from the first unit, regardless of the quantity you need 🤝🏼
Do you ship to the Canary Islands? 🇮🇨
Yes, we ship with Correos. Delivery time is 3 to 4 days 🚚
Shipping costs are:
- Orders up to 5kg - €19.95
- Orders up to 10kg - €29.95
You can place your order directly on the website. Once we process it, we calculate the weight and send you a shipping payment link 😁
Where is my invoice? 🧾
All invoices are sent by email within 15 calendar days from the date the order is placed.
Will my diode laser cut your acrylic? 💠
I'm writing to let you know that we've been learning a lot about diode lasers recently 😊 and we've been able to confirm with an Xtool technician that:
First, they told us that diode lasers cannot cut extruded acrylic. Always use cast acrylic.
In our case, all our acrylics are cast except for:
– 1 mm
– 2 mm
– Mirrors
– EX glossy black
(these CANNOT be cut with a diode laser)
Second, it's also important to note that diode lasers cannot cut materials that are not 100% opaque, such as translucent or transparent materials.
Even so, both this technician and some customers have told us about a trick they use: applying tape (Poli Tape, masking tape, or black vinyl) to the surface to "trick" the laser and allow it to absorb the beam better, thus enabling it to cut through the material.
It's not a 100% standard technique, but many customers have achieved good results with it 🌟
